The main quantitative indicators to assess

statement (certificate) from the bank account of cash flow and
 (If any) the borrower's credit history, credit confirmed
 reports credit bureau). 

 In particular, the qualitative characteristics of the borrower are:

  - The general financial position of the issuer (the presence of the property and copies
 relevant supporting documents to his ownership of that
 certified in the prescribed manner);

  - Social stability of the client (ie the presence of continuous operation,
 goodwill, marital status, etc.);

  - The age of the client;

  - Credit History (intensity of use of banking
 loans / guarantees in the past and the timeliness of their repayment and payment
 interest / fees for them), including those obtained from credit bureau
 stories. 

 The main quantitative indicators to assess the financial condition of the borrower
 - Individual particular include:

  - The total net revenue (estimated total monthly income, reduced
 in the total costs and liabilities);

  - Savings accounts at the bank (information available upon request
 borrower);
